Memery Crystal advises long standing client Gaming Realms on a framework services agreement

Memery Crystal has advised long standing AIM-listed client, Gaming Realms plc (Gaming Realms), on a 10 year framework services agreement with the Jackpotjoy group for the supply of various real money services and a secured convertible loan for £3.5m.

Gaming Realms is an online gaming business formed in 2012 to develop a new generation of social bingo and slot machine gaming concepts.  Gaming Realms was founded by the team behind Cashcade, which created the leading online bingo brand, Foxy Bingo, in addition to other online bingo and casino games.

The Memery Crystal team included corporate partner Lesley Gregory, corporate senior associate Krishen Patel, banking associate William Heywood, CMT director Robin Fry and CMT associate Sophia Costley.
