Memery Crystal has acted for existing client SP Angel, advising them as nominated adviser and joint broker, along with Cantor Fitzgerald, as financial adviser and joint broker, to Xpediator Plc on its admission to AIM and fundraising of £5 million. Admission became effective on 11th August 2017, with the company’s market capitalisation being £24.2 million. This is the second placing in two days which the Memery Crystal team has acted on for SP Angel, with the announcement yesterday of Altus Strategies Plc.
Xpediator Plc is the holding company for the Xpediator Group, a freight management business across the UK and Europe with a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe. The group has three main business areas – freight forwarding services, logistics and warehousing, and transport services. The fundraising will be used to invest into their growth strategy as well as pursue targeted acquisitions.
The Memery Crystal team was led by Chairman Lesley Gregory and Director Melanie Talbot, and supported by Max Binney, Rebecca Mohan-Kenny and Emily Parker (Corporate).
