Leading Technology Lawyer, Tim Sewart, joins Memery Crystal

Tim joins the recently recruited Robin Fry, an eminent IP lawyer. Tim and Robin join Jonathan Riley in the growing Commercial, Media and Technology team.

Tim was previously at DAC Beachcroft, where he was a Partner and a member of the group management board. He advises on innovative technology and multiple high value transactions in the sector. In addition to his legal advisory work, Tim also brings invaluable first-hand knowledge of leading technology businesses. In 2013, Tim co-founded Cerno Professional Services, a company that offers legal analysis and technical guidance to organisations for reducing software licensing costs.
