We have extensive experience in all aspects of property finance and investment work in the retail, office, residential and industrial sectors. In particular, we act for a number of banks in commercial property lending work, where our broad understanding of the real estate sector and its players and processes is deployed to our clients' advantage. Likewise, we are frequently retained by developer and investment clients in negotiating and securing finance.

Of particular note is our work for major retailers in arranging sizeable facilities for expansion or refinancing purposes. Members of our team have considerable expertise in the formation of tax-efficient co-ownership vehicles for investors, including limited partnerships and joint ventures, as well as advising both lenders and borrowers on facility agreements for senior, mezzanine and junior debt.
