Our insolvency team has worked on some of the most high-profile insolvencies of recent times.

We offer comprehensive advice on all aspects of corporate insolvency and business restructuring for companies in financial difficulty and for creditors seeking to enforce rights. We also act for Receivers, Administrators, CVA Supervisors and Liquidators. Our employment lawyers can advise on TUPE issues arising for insolvent companies or the buyers of businesses.

The EC Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings 2000 presents a number of issues for companies doing business in the member states of the EC. We are a member of the International Lawyers Network and can advise on cross-border insolvency matters in main and territorial insolvency proceedings. Elsewhere, we can assist foreign officeholders obtain legal recognition and the assistance of the UK Courts.
