When needed, our team represents clients in the employment tribunals and courts, as well as managing alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediations and arbitrations, working with specialist third parties as appropriate.
Matters undertaken by our team include wrongful dismissal actions, bonus and commission claims, unfair dismissal, unlawful discrimination, breach of contract, enforcing and defending restrictive covenant cases, TUPE disputes, equal pay issues, whistleblowing, collective consultation and redundancy disputes. We have a particular expertise in dealing with disputes concerning the enforceability of restrictive covenants and take action on behalf of our clients, both to enforce covenants and to defend them against injunction applications.
