Our team also has a wealth of experience in all ancillary matters, including public procurement concerns and requirements, data protection and freedom of information issues, online legal compliance and website operation.

We advise in connection with commercial contracts across a variety of jurisdictions and have substantial experience coordinating with local management and managing overseas counsel in relation to commercial contract negotiations, disputes and enforcement.
