• Advising a national museum on a range of intellectual property issues, including the sale of licensed products from the museum's collections and exploitation of its picture library.
• Advising the owner of a leading male distraction website on intellectual property issues arising in relation to viral marketing and UGC (user generated content).
• Advising a leading on-line bingo company on various trade mark issues in relation to its large portfolio of websites and products.
