Having completed her training with Memery Crystal, Jo qualified into the Commercial Contracts Team.  Jo advises on a range of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, business and website policies, sponsorship, revenue sharing, manufacturing, marketing and introductory services, consultancy, outsourcing and framework agreements (including advising in relation to managing the termination of the same).

Jo also has experience of advising in relation to licensing and assigning various intellectual property rights.
