Jasmin specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property litigation including company and personal insolvency relating to property matters.
She advises on a broad range of landlord and tenant issues, in particular the forfeiture of leases, the remedy of distress and the recovery of rent, service charges and other debts, either bringing or defending claims on behalf of landlords and tenants in the High Court, County Courts, the LVT and through the mediation process.
Her experience includes lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, claims for dilapidations, breach of covenant of repairing obligations, nuisance claims, contractual disputes and possession proceedings.
Jasmin also has experience in advising on applications under the Commons Act 2006 to register and to resist registration of land as Village Green.
