Tim is Head of Tax at Memery Crystal. He has extensive experience in many areas of corporate and property tax work, including VAT and stamp duty/SDLT, advising companies and individuals on company and business acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, reorganisations, mergers and demergers.

Tim is listed as a leading individual in the field of tax law in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 editions of Chambers UK. He lectures externally regularly for CLT (Central Law Training) and has had articles recently published in the New Law Journal and the British Tax Review. He is a member of the QCA Tax Committee, the Law Society's Stamp Taxes Committee and the STPG Committee.
