Richard advises on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non contentious.  He assists employers with managing dismissals and advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including the application of TUPE.  Richard's contentious case load includes dealing with claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination.  He also regularly advises on contracts of employment and policies, breach of contract issues and changing terms and conditions of employment.

Richard is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.  He has also contributed to client seminars and training sessions.
