Peter co-founded Memery Crystal and has over 30 years experience of corporate finance transactions and M&A.  He has advised on flotations of companies on the Official List, AIM and its predecessors.  He has acted for vendors and purchasers of many different kinds of companies and businesses, nominated advisers, brokers and finance advisors on takeovers, flotations, investments, joint ventures and share arrangements.  He has a vast experience of all corporate issues including directors' duties, minority protection, corporate governance and all other aspects of corporate finance work and a wide range of business and legal contacts.

Peter is a Director of China Shoto Plc (AIM listed) and TÜV SÜD (UK) Group, Deputy Chairman of Sport Resolutions and a Trustee of Preset Mentoring Charity and MC Charitable Trust.  He has chaired conferences on takeovers and flotations and spoken on corporate governance issues and sponsorship.  Peter is recognised as an expert in his field both within and outside the profession and most recently was named in the Legal Business 'Legal Experts' directory 2009 and 2010.
