Nicola specialises in commercial real estate transactions on behalf of local and foreign developers, investors and lenders.  She has an established practice in the retail sector, with clients ranging from household names to smaller chains, as well as international retailers entering the UK marketplace.  In addition, Nicola acts for owners in the acquisition, development and disposal of a range of properties, including mixed-use developments, hotels, restaurants, medical centres and industrial and office estates.  She is known for her commitment to clients and her ability to guide projects through to completion in a timely manner to meet client objectives.

Nicola has been recognised as "highly rated" for her work in the retail sector in the 2008 edition of The Legal 500.  She has also been recognised as a Leading Individual in real estate in the 2009 edition of Chambers UK, which praised "her personable, effective and commercial advice."

Nicola is a member of the Jewish Association for Business Ethics.
