Michelle specialises in commercial contracts with a focus on content licensing arrangements relating to the digital media sector, including licensing of content across all television and new media platforms.  Michelle has expertise in relation to sponsorship and merchandising agreements and other commercial agreements relating to the exploitation and staging of events.  She also advises and assists clients with commercial joint venture and profit sharing arrangements, as well as providing guidance more generally on the full range of commercial contracts matters.

Michelle's corporate experience includes M&A as well as contractual and corporate joint venture agreements.

Michelle started her career as a corporate and commercial lawyer with Memery Crystal and re-joined us after six years as an in-house commercial and media lawyer for Formula One Management, where she gained extensive experience in the television and new media sectors.  She was responsible for drafting and negotiating all television and new media licence agreements for Formula One broadcasters worldwide, as well as the agreements for the staging of Formula One events.  Michelle is a member of the British Association for Sport and Law.  She also regularly presents at seminars on a variety of topics.
