Michael advises on all areas of corporate law, with particular emphasis on public and private M&A, flotations and fundraisings for small and mid-cap companies. He has particular expertise in advising on transactions in the natural resources sector and on cross-border transactions.

Michael is admitted to practice in England and Wales and in New South Wales, Australia.  He has been named as a leading individual for his work in corporate finance in the 2009 edition of Chambers UK.
