Lucie Brackenbury

Assistant

Lucie is an assistant in our Corporate Department.  She specialises in corporate transactions with experience in assisting and advising on flotations and secondary fundraisings on the Official List and AIM, where she has acted for issuers and nominated advisers and brokers.  In addition, Lucie has been involved in the acquisition and disposal of a number of public and private companies (including transactions involving companies in administration), reorganisations and joint ventures.  She also advises on general corporate and regulatory issues including those arising under the Companies Act 2006, the AIM Rules and the Listing Rules.
