Kelly specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property litigation.  Her work typically involves the recovery of rent and service charges and other debts, whether in the County Court, the LVT or by way of insolvency proceedings, forfeiture proceedings and claims for breach of covenant of repairing obligations, dilapidations, nuisance claims and possession proceedings for Assured Shorthold Tenancies. 

Kelly has experience in mediation and arbitration as alternative methods of resolving disputes.
