Jonathan specialises in corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of public and private companies as well as cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience of advising on listings of companies both in the UK and overseas and of corporate structures.

Jonathan is a member of the firm's Education Sector Group, with extensive experience in relation to trust structures.  He has advised charities on their formation issues, as well as on their ability to undertake complex commercial transactions.
