Jane specialises in complex heavyweight commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, licensing disputes, fraud, professional negligence and warranty claims. She also has a particular expertise in international arbitration, both in the field of international trade and in the natural resources sector. Jane is a member of the firm's Natural Resources Sector Group.

Jane has been listed as one of the leading dispute resolution lawyers in the country by the 2009 edition of Chambers UK. She was nominated in 2008 for "Best Legal Advisor (Litigation, Investigation and Enforcement)" at the OStCaR (Outstanding Service to Compliance and Regulation) Awards. She is fluent in French and Spanish with particular expertise in representing overseas companies and individuals in international disputes.
