Harvey specialises in litigation, arbitration and resolution of disputes by mediation and regulatory investigations or disciplinary proceedings.  He has dealt with disputes in company, financial services, banking and insurance law, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes.  Harvey has dealt with investigations and disciplinary proceedings conducted by the Financial Services Authority, the London Stock Exchange and the Takeover Panel, and he has advised with regard to many enquiries and investigations under the Companies Act.

Harvey is a CEDR approved mediator and has been named as a leader in his field for litigation/dispute resolution by Chambers UK for many years. He was also named in the Legal Business 'Legal Experts' directory 2009 and 2010.  Harvey is Head of Dispute Resolution and is also the Managing Partner of the firm.
