Harriet Phillips

Assistant

Harriet is an assistant in our Corporate Department and a member of the Commercial Contracts Group.  Harriet specialises in corporate transactions with experience in assisting and advising on issues arising out of the range of AIM-related and PLUS-Quoted transactions, including IPOs and secondary placings, reverse takeovers, reorganisations of share capital, acting for the nominated advisers and brokers as well as issuers. In addition Harriet has been involved in a number of acquisitions, disposals, takeovers and joint ventures.

Harriet also has experience of assisting with the drafting and negotiating of joint venture agreements, articles of association of joint ventures companies, shareholders' agreement as well as preparing and reviewing standard terms and conditions of business.  During her training contract whilst with the litigation team Harriet was involved in resolving of a number of commercial contract disputes.
