Greg is head of the firm's Corporate Department and specialises in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.  He has particular expertise in advising on IPOs and secondary fundraisings for both UK and international companies, including dual listings. Greg also advises on takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.  He regularly advises partnerships and is experienced in shareholder agreements and disputes.

Greg has advised on a number mining and oil & gas related transactions.  He also heads up the firm's Indian offering, having visited and delivered seminars in Delhi and Mumbai on several occasions.
