Deborah specialises in property litigation, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential property matters.  Her experience includes lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (contested and non-contested); trespass/nuisance claims; applications for specific performance; enfranchisement; interpretation and breaches of covenants; all aspects of tenant default and enforcement, for example, forfeiture; rent recovery; injunctive relief; dilapidations and possession.

Deborah also has experience in debt recovery, in the High Court and County Court; insolvency, both company and individual; professional negligence; personal injury and general contractual disputes.
