Bree specialises in commercial litigation, including company and shareholder disputes, contract and licence disputes and fraud claims.  She has acted for claimants in worldwide asset tracing actions and has also defended both companies and individuals in misrepresentation cases. 

Bree heads up the firm's Insolvency, Recovery and Restructuring Group and is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professions (R3) and the Insolvency Lawyers Association.
