Memery Crystal Advises Sellers on Sale of Farbay Investments Limited

Memery Crystal LLP has acted for the shareholders of Farbay Investments Limited ("Farbay") on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Farbay to Bland Engineering Holdings Limited for an undisclosed amount.

Farbay, which principally operates though its subsidiaries Universal Engineering Company (Charlestown) Limited and South Dorset Engineering Co. (Weymouth) Limited, designs and manufactures a wide range of defence and engineering equipment, most notably the 'Ranger' armoured vehicle.

The Memery Crystal team was led by corporate partner Lesley Gregory and included corporate associate James Mungovan and corporate assistant James Fussell. Tax advice was led by tax partner Tim Crosley and employment advice was provided by associate Richard Green.
